We all just wanted to say a massive thank you for the service. It captured the essence of Nan- kind, fun, loved by all & with a zest for life. We’ve had so many comments from every one who attended that it was a lovely service. It was really important to us that the service felt uplifting, and despite it being a sad day because her physical presence is no longer here, it was lovely to remember all the wonderful and happy memories we had together.

Everything, from the service on the day, to the visit to our house, felt professional yet personal. We appreciate your thoughtfulness & your patience (whilst we shared 100 stories or more of us all)! You said everything we wanted to say about the amazing woman Nan was, at a time when we probably couldn’t have said it ourselves.
