From the day of your visit, to the day of the funeral, we felt looked after, and knew if we needed anything you were at the end of the phone. After the service, we had many comments on your reading of the tribute, saying how wonderful it was, and we too felt it was a fitting tribute that you had put including the Teacher poem', which I had to give you credit for!"
