It was so moving and I did not appreciate what a good job you did in relating her life to the people gathered on the day until I watched it on the web cam.

I was so overcome with emotions on the day that a lot of the detail I sadly missed, and watching the recording, showed all these details.

It was wonderful how you involved everyone there and via the web cam for the people who could not attend.

I have had extremely good comments back from everyone, and those who watched it were very impressed with the way you managed and handled the proceedings.
